1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vipph1 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the vipph1 website and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on vipph1, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

vipph1 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the vipph1 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in real-money gaming is strictly prohibited for persons under 21 years old. vipph1 enforces this requirement rigorously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who are acting under guardianship are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on vipph1. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Self-Exclusion: Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gaming platforms, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive, are not permitted to register or use the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of vipph1 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by vipph1 for the purposes of identity verification and Know Your Customer ("KYC") compliance.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password;
• Notify vipph1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

vipph1 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent, or where the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

For the purposes of anti-money laundering ("AML") compliance and PAGCOR regulatory requirements, vipph1 may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or when your account activity triggers a review threshold. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

vipph1 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may be updated periodically.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on vipph1:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your vipph1 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. vipph1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to wagering requirements where bonus funds are involved.
• vipph1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation, in accordance with its AML obligations.
• Funds deposited into your vipph1 account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
• vipph1 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vipph1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, daily login rewards, cashback offers, and referral bonuses. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. vipph1 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to bonuses where required.
• vipph1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the vipph1 Platform are operated in accordance with their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

vipph1 is committed to fair play. All random number generators ("RNGs") used in our games are independently certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to continuous monitoring.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other error that affects the outcome of a game, vipph1 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. vipph1's decision in such matters is final.

Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting systems, or exploit-based strategies.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipph1 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or other forms of game manipulation;
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while subject to a regulatory exclusion order;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward vipph1 staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the vipph1 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of vipph1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vipph1.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipph1, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

vipph1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under Philippine law.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, vipph1's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall vipph1's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipph1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

vipph1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered vipph1 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to manage your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period of time;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting our support team;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

11 Termination

vipph1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements;
• Extended periods of account inactivity (as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy).

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

You may close your account at any time by contacting vipph1 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you accordingly.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting vipph1 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes or the application of bonus terms, vipph1's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

13 Amendments to These Terms

vipph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vipph1 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
